Having always been one of those teenagers who could eat whatever they wanted and not gain a pound, it came as a bit of a shock when I went off to University and gained ‘the freshman 15’ (or in my case 2.5 stone).

I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror and hated squeezing myself into spanx on a night out. Having lost a family member due to health problems, I decided to sort my own health out. I entered a half marathon, educated myself on nutrition and transformed my body. Fast forward 6 years, I’m now a personal trainer, Miss England Sportswoman, Ninja Warrior and all-round fitness addict. I love helping people become their healthiest, happiest selves.

I know what it’s like to live in that vicious cycle of not liking how you look but eating junk food to make yourself feel better about the situation. It is my belief that you can lose weight without having to compromise on taste and enjoy yourself throughout the process. Health and fitness does not need to be a chore and you can definitely still enjoy chocolate along the way!

What I really love about my job is helping people not just to lose weight but to become more confident, happier, have more energy and discover fitness as a new hobby. I am passionate about proving that exercise is enjoyable, you just may not have found the right exercise for you…yet.
